Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment. Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided.

Shipping Methods
We ship orders using reputable carriers such as USPS and other standard shipping providers. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

Delivery Confirmation
All orders include tracking information. Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once the carrier confirms delivery. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
